I'm so sorry. I have three dogs, all part of the
family (though a little dysfunctional) so my heart
goes out to you. Have you exhausted all
possibilities? Ad in the paper? A visit to the
pound? (You might be able to register her at the
pound and/or rescue organizations, and if someone
brings her in, they can notify you. Otherwise,
you'd probably have to keep checking.) Posters in
the neighborhood? Pictures at neighborhood vets
are also good ways to locate lost animals.
If it's a cute kitty with a lot of personality,
maybe someone in the neighborhood took her in
since everyone knows how dangerous it would be for
a kitty outside. Maybe she decided she was tired
of being outside but couldn't find her way home,
so she just walked into someone's house. Could you
turn away a kitty that walked into your house?
Even if you don't find her, it's still very
possible someone adopted her for their own.
