Hello everyone, ok here's the pole: Do you think 
that a person should start a whole collection of 
cels from a certain series if that person hasn't 
watched the anime yet and knows practically 
nothing about the anime (::sigh:: making it 
harder for other collectors)...

I think that 1 or 2 cels are ok from a series 
that person hasn't watched yet...but I don't 
think it's fair to the other collectors if that 
person is just buying cels either for popularity 
or buying the cels at a cheaper price now hoping 
to sell it for higher prices in the 
future...::sigh:: what do you think?

(btw...i'm keeping myself anonymous b/c i post on 
the forum a lot and a couple of things has 
happened to me concerning issues similar to above 
and i was just wondering how other collectors see 
it..)
