Hmmm ... the fact that the signature seems to be 
cut off isn't good.  I'd say give them the chance 
to reply to you and then either contact Ebay or 
the bidders.  I've actually had that happen to 
me.  I was a bidder on an auction and someone 
tipped me off that it wasn't for a production 
cel.  Since I thought it was, I just retracted my 
bid and was grateful to the person who emailed.
