Ok, I thought this would never happen, but eh-heh
apparently I was mistaken.
I've had some cels I've done on commission be
resold before, but hey, they were marked several
times as a repro, so it was alright with me.
But let's say a repro I've done is being resold
with a mention that it's a repro cel (once)
otherwise descibed pretty much like its a real
cel (like no 'repro' or 'fancel' mention in the
title) and um... the size of the cel being sold
is different than the size it was originally,
which leads me to believe the signature has
been removed by cropping the cel an inch on each
side...
I'm not using names 'cuz I haven't recieved a
reply from this individual yet. HOWEVER, what
should I do if they don't reply? Email the
bidders? I don't want anyone to get screwed over
by one of my pieces, and it's already selling for
quite a bit for a simple fancel, which I really
don't think it would if the signature was still
there, or if it were more clearly marked. |
