That is absolutely horrible... I'm SO sorry to 
hear it!!  I'm sure you're just devestated. :(

If I had a cel of Sakura's dad, I'd send it to you 
as a cheer-up, but since I don't, I'll have to 
settle for a long-distance, and VERY heartfelt 
***HUG***.  I hope everything works out, and that 
they reimburse you for both the damages and the 
lost cels... and that you can then take that money 
and find an ever BETTER CCS cel than the one you 
lost.
