This is a business and you are still potentially
a future customer. As my sister (who nearly
always gets her way in these types of things)
says: "EVERYTHING is negotiable."
This is when you pull out your receipts and tell
them that first you expect full reimbursement
for the lost cels. If whoever you're talking to
says that they can only give you $100, then you
need to be talking to the next person up the
chain. Don't forget, if you're talking a large
enough amount of money here, you *can* take them
to small claims court.
