Don't worry, Im just ranting and showing my 
frustration only here cos it was the only place 
where other people have gone through similar 
situations, and that can also really appreciate 
what a cel is.   But when I talk with the 
executive or anybody related to this thing, I'm 
all mature and professional, after all, I'm at my 
work now and I handle the providers of services.  
I just wanted to kick and shout here cos nobody 
else would understand it.
