...I prefer dubs. I think the voice acting is just 
fine 9 out of 10 times.(although most of the shows 
I watch are from big companies, I can't verify the 
quality of stuff from US Manga corps, and other 
small co's like that)
I'm a very visual-based person, and I really 
dislike having a big pile of words obscuring the 
lower 3rd of the screen when I could be enjoying 
the artwork. I'm perfectly happy with English, and 
I don't get a while lot out of watching animes in 
Japanese- Yes, the original voice actors have 
interesting voices, and their inflections can be 
entertaining, but when you only recognize the 
occasional "baka" and "gomen ne", it's really 
rather pointless. I do preder my native tongue. 
You'll find that there are some groups of people 
that think you are speaking blasphemy by saying 
you prefer dubs, but who cares?
