What do you mean Health Fund? Are you talking 
about insurance? I used it as an example but if 
you are reffering to insurance yes, insurance 
does pay SOME part of operations and the rest of 
the bill you pay. Some people don't have enough 
or make enough  to cover that kind of costly 
operation right away. 

In regards to "moral freaks" whether directed to 
me or not. I only told you not to talk about 
something if your not sure what your accusing 
somebody of. And you were incorrect weren't you.
