It does sound like it's my paint. I am also using 
the Lumicolor pens to ink my cels, and since no 
one else is having this problem then Golden must 
put something funky in their paints. :( Dang it. 
I hate to go buy all new stuff! I guess I should 
go back to inking the front side of the cels 
until all this paint is gone.

ANYWAY, thanks again! You all have saved me much
