The only paint I *ever* use on anything is 
Liquitex Acrylics. It's just a *massively* 
versitle paint and is very flexible when dry. But 
then, when I paint fancels, I put the paint and 
lines on opposite sides of the cel. (Lines on the 
front, paint on the back.)

I too use the same Lumocolor pens everyone else 
has been saying they use.
