Hey, this is what I did in response to someone 
taking my images! I added a 'links' section to 
my webpage and listed the person's site there 
with  a link to the place they have posted a 
picture, noting that they did not ask 
permission. This sort of...includes their theft 
in with my site and makes it feel more under 
control.
