I just got my email from Leigh, and that's all I 
really have to say.. you collectors are crazy!!  
I was only going for two cels (and one of them I 
really didn't think a whole lot of other people 
would want).  

I don't mean this in a mean or nasty way, I guess 
I just hadn't realized how FY cels were getting 
out of control.  I mean, yes, I have a few 
expensive cels but with the exception of my 
opening sequence Tamahome, they were bought for 
me by my boyfriend and he had to make payments on 
them...   

I'm not saying that I wouldn't drop a load of 
money to get my dream cel, but I also wouldn't 
drop quite the load that is currently being 
offered.  I think I am more floored by the 
Keisuke cel.  Yes, it is a lovely image, and very 
touching.  But I don't think it is worth the 
current price for it.  Then again, I am not a 
huge Keisuke fan (if that were Chichiri, the 
story might be different).

I just want to end on this:  A long time ago, in 
a thread far, far away (quite possible years 
away), a collector said that if they pay too much 
for a cel, they can't enjoy it because all they 
can see when they look at the cel is how much 
they paid for it.  As much as it saddens me not 
to get the cels I put in for, I also know I would 
kick myself if I offered higher.

Gee, I lurk for 2 and a half years and then come 
out with my big ol' opinion :)
