I would be *very* cautious.

I looked at these the other night and several 
things about them just don't seem right/give me a 
bad feeling:
-First & foremost, a couple of them are cels that 
are in the collections of people who I know have 
not sold them.  (Nor would ever consider selling 
them.)
-The scans are very bad making it impossible to 
look at fine detail
-There are no sequence numbers/registration holes
-There is no information offered in the auction 
description  (it doesn't say they're fancels, but 
it also doesn't say they're production cels.)
-I've never seen a Gojita auction without a 
reserve price...

Plus the fact that the seller has received some 
negative feedback and doesn't reply to emails...

I would recommend being very cautious.
