The auctions do not say that the cels are made by 
a fan. . . BUT - the auctions also do not say 
that the cels are real.

The scans are VERY blurry. The seller has not 
replied to your e-mail. . . For *ME*, that would 
make me very nervous that something wasn't right. 
The cels might be very real - but if this were 
something I was thinking about bidding on, given 
the very bad scans *and* lack of e-mail contact 
*and* lack of a larger feedback number for the 
seller. . . I most likely would not risk bidding.
