If they are fancels, then they are very well 
done.  They look pretty real to me, but I am no 
expert, sorry.  There has already been a bid 
retraction on the Trunks cel due to the seller 
not responding to questions about the legitimacy 
of the cels.  Only way to be safe is to email him 
and ask what the sequence # is, and if it comes 
with a sketch or not.  But then again, if he's 
not answering any emails, I guess your SOL.  Bid 
at your own risk I would say!
