I also emailed the seller, and I am still waiting 
on a response.  Unfortunately, he's getting 
bids so ... thus, ambiguity is in his favor ...  

Alternatively, he may not be a native speaker, 
so he may be perfectly legit as are the cels.

But then again...

1. Negative feedback
2. Nonresponsive
3. Bad scans w no registration #s holes
4. Selling on eBay, looking for profit

It's anybody's guess ... and if someone has 
info. on the legitmacy of the seller... it really 
wouldn't be in their interest to divulge it 
here...especially if they are bidding on the cel.
