The seller simply doesn't respond to a lot of non-
japan based e-mail addresses even if they are 
written in japanese.  Even then, the 100 yen per 
dollar rate is rather steep.

Any cels that I have gotten from her (pretty sure 
seller is female) were via deputy.  Even then, 
she charges a huge shipping rate within Japan due 
to insurance.  So, just be prepared to shell out 
even more cash.
