Okay, maybe I'm losing my mind.  I just looked at 
his webpage and I don't see where it says he 
won't ship overseas.  In fact, it says if you 
want to pay in USD, you have to use the 
conversion rate of $1USD=100yen.  I think (and I 
may be wrong because my Japanese isn't great) 
that is says that he only checks his email once a 
week on Friday evenings.  Please correct me if 
I'm wrong.
