It is not only that this seller does not want to 
deal with the hassle of selling to international 
buyers.  I also know that this dealer seems to 
have some code or morals against selling any of 
his cels outside of Japan.  I think that you 
should respect that (even though we may think 
it's wrong).

He also might recognize deputy services (since he 
does hold occasional auctions) and may refuse to 
sell to them as well.  But if he places something 
up on YJ, I think a deputy service will be more 
successful.  YJ auctions are a contract, after 
all.
