I found a webpage tool that translates other 
webpages and based on the literal translation 
that it gave me, I think you are correct.  There 
is a part in red that tells about the US money 
conversion rate, but I didn't see the part about 
the email.  I didn't see anything about not 
shipping overseas however.  Guess I'll just take 
your word on it and wait till Friday to see if I 
hear from him.
