This seller's auctions reminds me a lot of the
recent auctions by Hyperenity.com, who is
painting some nice fancels and then trying to
either a) be misleading in description to try
to get folks to bid higher (like that Last Unicorn
cel) or b) claim ignorance and say "well, it may
or may not be a real cel" when he's been selling
fancels for weeks now that were the same style,
etc.
This seller (Hyperenity) is even more of a
trickster because he uses acetate with prod.
holes AND writes production numbers on them
AND sticks the "sketch" to the cel (which is a
common occurance with REAL cels, so the seller
can play off the ignorance of the bidders more).
I *HIGHLY* doubt Hyperenity has any innocence
here in this attempt at forging cels since
he's been making "collectables" from copyrighted
images for a long time...
The check out what I mean, check out the Sailor
Moon "cel" auction that ended yesterday...
I don't buy a word of the paragraphs added on to
the auction.
