This guy was trying to sell a Gogeta cel last 
week.  I emailed him and asked him to send a scan 
of the entire cel and the sequence numbers on the 
upper right hand corner.  He said he didn't know 
about those kind of things because he was a new 
collector.  I answered some of his "newbie"  
questions hoping he would send me the info. 
He never sent me the scan, only asked more 
questions.  
It is odd to think that a new collector would 
have such high $$ cels, and not know what he 
has.  If I has a cel worth thousands of dollars 
(ie SS Gogeta), I would know everything about it.

My opinion...all fake!
