bear in mind that I dont collect dragonball 
cels..Ive never seen the series...
and that the seller doesn't have a description of 
what kind of cel its supposed to be..
but if its a series production cel...something 
about it looks funky. The hair near the reg holes 
looks too crisp, too clean and too fully painted..
There is no sequence number on any of the douga 
or the cels..which is strange.(I do have some 
cels with no sequence number my halcyform 
pan..for example but the douga  for halcyform 
shows very plainly that its key and tome)

There are peices of the characters missing that 
shouldn't be. Ive circled them all in pink to 
give you an idea..if you look at the top of the 
hair..the arm of the guy in back and the hair on 
the side of right hand character..there seems to 
be something missing. I checked its also missing 
from the sketches, like something was there but 
then taken out for the drawing. None of my 
production cels are missing in spots, they are 
very well defined and clean even when a chair is 
supposed to be there and it isnt, you could see 
just where the chair is supposed to be.
  Im not sure what is supposed to be in front of 
the characters..but it seems to cut them off in 
strange ways.
  
It just looks weird to me. Id either ask for a 
scan of the other side of the cel and a better 
description of what kind of cel and where it was 
used. Or I wouldn't bid too awfully high..
