Akira syndrome... LOL!  The plot is definitly 
lacking, which is why you mute it and play some 
appropriately dramatic music in the background 
instead.  Who knows, you might find something 
that fits it like what happened with the Wizard 
of Oz.

I love that cel, by the way, and I'd have to say 
your cel gallery is "bloody gorgeous" as well--
only with not so much blood.
