i got this info from keigo when he started doing 
the silent auctions on Celga site.

my understanding was that previously Starbreaker 
held the silent auctions exclusively for japanese 
customers, but that a partnership w/ Celga 
allowed him to reach a much wider audience, yet 
not deal with all the infinite work & details 
that entails.

i guess it seems that there are a few collectors 
out there who knew about & were able to bid on 
Starbreaker's silent auctions before they were 
associated with Celga??  i don't know, but i had 
never known about them before personally, so i am 
just very pleased to be able to bid now!  ^^
