One thing to keep in mind is that the seller 
quite possibly approached Celga because he/she 
trusts them to make their cels available to the 
U.S. market.  Perhaps they don't want those cels 
on YJ, and specifically want to run a silent 
auction.  In that case, Celga would give them 
much better exposure than listing on their own 
website directly.  

Also, Celga should make a profit;  as a third 
party, they're performing a service--much like 
eBay--in making these cels available.  Maybe we 
wouldn't be able to bid on them otherwise.
