I have ONLY ever bought cels from him for 
~myself~ period. Never for anyone else. Every 
single cel has gone into my personal collection, 
I can provide links and receipts. I never asked 
him to deal or to do anything like that for him 
at all. I just get the catalog like everyone 
else, and I bid like everyone else. So, declined 
what offer? What are you talking about? Maybe you 
have me confused with someone else.
