I think everyone can relate to how you are
feeling. Forgive my light-hearted response - I
truly understand. In a relatively short span of
time (8 months) I have spent quite a bit of money
on my new "hobby." Sometimes I think that the
only way to get control is to sell everything
off. Because cutting up the credit card has not
worked! >_<
That sense of euphoria when you get a dream cel
must be tempered with that crushing depression
you get when you lose one. And, oh! Buyer's
remorse! But don't get me started on that...
I do envy people their cels and seemingly
bottomless wallets, but when I start to feel a
bit overwhelmed, I take a step back. I turn off
the computer, spend time with the family, do
anything I can to get a little perspective. It
helps.
And incidently, when I got my bonus this year, I
actually handed part of it over to my mom and
told her not to give it to me until I was going
to the car dealership so that I wouldn't spend it
on cels! How's that for control?! >_<
