It's not because a studio doesn't officialy
release large amount of cels that there is no
cels available !
AMG movie cels aren't yet released but there
is many : because AIC sold some in japanese
theater when the movie was displayed.

People realy have a strange idee of a company.
Do you often walk into a company office and go
out with "lifted" listing of programs, bunch
of hardware, classified information, research
papers and whatever else ?!?
Anime studio are not especialy differant from
other companies : there is doors on the building
(usualy locked at night), there is people working
in the offices...
No, what usualy happen is that people working
on an anime usualy can keep some cels for
themselve with the studio agreement. They are
not stealing them from their employeer !
And if they want to sell those cels, they have
the right to do so...
