I've ordered cels from Mangaya on 2 seperate 
occasions.

The first time, my cel came quite promptly. It 
came 2.5 weeks within mailing out the payment
(about a week for the IPMO to get over, a bit to 
process it, a week or so to get me my cel) which 
I thought was resonable.

However, my 2nd order took about twice that. 
Nearly 5 weeks.
My cel was well packed, it arrived in nice 
condition, etc.

Their prices are high, no denying that.  If they 
have something I want at a resonable price, I 
might order from them again.
