I have dealt with Mangaya before and I also had 
no problems. When I placed my order, they 
responded the next day. I emailed them about a 
week later and they emailed back the following 
day confirming that they received my payment. I 
got my cel about two weeks after I got the 
confirmation of payment. Of course, this is not 
indicitive of what others have gone through but I 
would do business with them again, I would just 
be a little more cautious
