A few months back, I spent over $700 on two 
cels ... mailed out a prompt payment and had my 
cels within a week (using EMS).  The cels were in 
great shape.  One was still stuck to its sketch 
but no one had attempted to pull them apart.  The 
other cel was a two layered cel which was very 
clean.  Both were well packed.  I also just 
emailed them yesterday regarding another cel 
(much lower price) and got a reply within 24 
hrs.  So far I have no complaints about their 
service
