Report him to Ebay for selling bootleg disks. 
Ebay prohibits the sale of copies through its 
auctions. Since these disks are obviously home-
made (using your cel images on the labels), they 
are not allowed on Ebay. If you report him, Ebay 
will end the auction immediately. If he tries it 
again, they'll terminate the next auction and 
suspend him. With repeated offenses, he can be 
kicked off of Ebay permanently.
