*frustrated sigh* Okay, a friend of mine has just 
brought it to my attention that someone 
selling "Gundam X" VCDs on eBay is using scans of 
my cels for their disk labels. Please visit the 
hyperlinked url above to see what I mean.

Those are three of my cels, the Olba Frost, 
Gundam Ashtaron and Garrod Ran (which is half of 
my split screen cel). It's just so obvious 
because: 

(a) it's hard to find "GX" screen captures
(b) *my* shrine is one of very few *with* captures
(c) frankly, who would even use that image of an 
upset Olba unless said image was easily accesible 
(like a swiped scan)
(d) the Garrod cel is faded and dark to the 
*exact* extent of my cel scan
And (e) you CAN NOT find that image of Ashtaron 
alone THAT clear in detail and without Olba over 
him and the blue sky background, as the scene 
plays out. 

There. Rant over. Now what can I do? I plan on 
emailing the seller of course, and if nothing 
comes of that, I will email eBay. Is that all I 
can do? I know others have had this happen to 
some similar extent, and I'd just like to know 
what my options are.

implementing watermarks on all my scans as I kick 
myself for not doing it sooner... >.<
