Actually, youd be surprised. There are still a 
lot of production houses that use cels.  And, 
Japan is a very artistic country, they have a lot 
of pride in what they do. Anime is considered a  
form of art over there, or so I have been told.  
So, maybe some studios will still produce anime 
using traditional cels and paint.  If not, then, 
well, I guess we'll all be stuck with making 
offers on eachothers cels!  Ouch!
