Sometimes people really ARE serious when they say 
things like that. At least for me, it requires 
something I really TRULY adore to make an 
unsolicited offer on a cel. It has to be something
I seriously know I will never resell or I do not 
feel appropriate in bothing the owner.  No cel 
sold to me in this manner has EVER been put back 
up for sale or trade anywhere - publicly or 
privately.

So there are people out there who are honest 
about their intentions. ^_^  I guess we're just a 
bit thinner than we should be. . . ?  ^_^;
