And I couldn't tell - was it saying that EVERYONE
has to submit a credit card and pay the fee, or
is it a case of only the sellers have to? It
seems a bit odd to make *everyone* pay for
accounts. . . Not that about $2 a month (or
whatever) is all that steep, but a bit of a kick
in the pants so to speak. (*shrug*)
