If all you want to do is be able to check out 
completed auctions, then I'd leave that page 
alone. It's the link that will authorize your 
account so you can bid. If I'm remembering this 
correctly (I set up my account a while ago...) It 
provides you with two options which unfortunately 
cannot be translated because they are buttons and 
not text. The two options are to authorize your 
account, or erase it completely. I erased mine at 
first and had to start over from scratch. 

Again, if all you want to do is check out 
auctions, then you are all set. Your account 
won't be erased by not going to the link they 
provided in  the email. 

Also, you can also have your email translated and 
it should help you to understand the purpose of 
the message and why they provided a link.
