If a buyer gaves a wrong address immediately 
refund their money if they will not pay to ship 
again.What you should not do as some have 
suggested is to mail via bookrate/media mail or 
some other slow postage method to spite 
them.Personaly if someone ever sent me a cel via 
bookrate i will be a little more than angry.Also 
as buyers have responsibility to complete 
transactions, sellers should also behave 
responsibly.there are alot more nice people than 
there are jerks.
