ooohhh, that would make me *so* mad!  we had a 
run-in with the post office--they left a slip on 
our door on a *very* gusty day (we never would 
have even known if our sweetheart of a post lady 
hadn't mentioned we had a package at the PO).  And 
when we tried to retrieve it, they "couldn't find 
it".  It was mysteriously delivered as a new 
package about a week later (much to our and our 
mail-lady's disgust!)

But to keep this relevant--I have had to deal with 
some major jerks with sales--both from our 
homepage and from eBay.  Everything ranging from 
someone's boyfriend yelling about how he was going 
to sue if the package didn't show up immediately 
(even though they had taken their time (2 wks)with 
the MO, and the package had been mailed out the 
day after the MO arrived) to someone offering to 
buy about a dozen cels on our homepage for $40 
each (the amount she'd won one of our auctions 
with).  The longshot of it is that I track 
everything now..it's $0.40 well spent when 
something like this comes up.  And sometimes you 
just have to look at it with a sense of humor, or 
you get so mad you'll go nuts.

*I* wouldn't pay for the shipping either...but 
sometimes it's better to cough up the $3.50 than 
worry about it.  At the very least, don't send it 
priority ;)
