I agree, and I really like the art from the 
SailorStars season much better than the first 
couple.  The character design is much different, 
especially in the eyes.  They're not as spaced out 
as the first couple of seasons, and generally they 
have better definition of shape.  But man!  
Sometimes those girls have really scrawny figures 
for high school girls (especially Usagi).  She 
goes from being busty one second to looking 
anorexic the next, with those really skinny arms 
and legs.

Either way, I think the attention to detail in the 
design is more conducive to showing emotion in the 
characters, which is yet another reason why Stars 
is my favorite season.  Too bad the cels have 
gotten so expensive...  ^_^*
