Long time ago I bought a few Seiya cels 
casually and I started looking for some again 
recently. I don't know very much about the 
current sailor moon market but she/he seems to be 
going rather high now. Maybe it was just with 
this one dealer site I saw and it's really not 
that off. Are 3 Lights cels becomming more 
popular?
