Yes I noticed a big difference in quality 
between say the first season of Sailor Moon and 
Sailor Stars. Not because they might have been 
fading but the line quality and proportion of the 
characters. I've seen some wierd cels from the 
first season where they look almost retarded and 
these really were production cels.
