I got a very nice cel from him, complete with a 
background which I would have gladly paid lots more 
for; plus the guy was very nice and friendly.  
Maybe the fact that certain cels are in great 
demand, thus he feels he can raise his prices?  
I have seen this happen on other sites.  Like for 
example one day I saw a group of cels at Taro that 
were priced really nicly and were almost gone 
within hours, then the next day he uploaded another 
batch of the same characters, same quality, etc. 
and the prices were almost double.
Many cel dealers have higher than normal prices, 
I've noticed and some even border on rediculous, 
such as Asylum, Wink and Noonchester, but people 
keep buying from these guys.  Maybe the customer 
service is just great, thus the high priced cels 
are well worth it.
