my willingness to pay a particular price for a 
cel changes.... what I will pay for a choice 
Naga from Slayers cel will probably always 
stay about the same.

but what I'm willing to pay for a Video Girl Ai cel 
changes almost every month (much to my 
dismay) I paid too much for a few, and passed 
up a few that were too cheap. how fickle I am.

I never thought I'd spend more than $400 on a 
cel.... but then I considered buying a totoro for 
$3000.

I think as I'm longer into the cel collecting, I get 
a better idea of how rare certain things are,... 
and if they really are harder to find and I find a 
nice image of something, I'm more likely to 
pay more t han what it's worth, just to have it.

in other occasions though, I've seen how I can 
get more decent prices for something and 
thus will refuse to buy something for more 
than a particular price, becuase I know I would 
feel guilty for it later.
