I'm guessing you're talking about the updates as 
listed on Keep-Track?  I don't know how Keep- 
Track works, so this is just a guess on my part: 
since cels *automatically* disappear from Taro's 
site when they're bought, the Keep-Track system 
might see this change in the site's content as 
an "update."
