Yech..  Indeed, I'd say you've got every right to 
be peeved over that.
I'm actually in a somewhat similar situation at 
the moment.  I sent my payment 3 weeks ago, and 
still no package.  I emailed the seller one week 
ago, asking whether or not the package had been 
sent off yet, and I haven't even gotten a 
response from her.  Her feedback was good, so I'm 
hoping there's some reason for it.  Otherwise, I 
may quickly end up where you are as well.  
Hopefully, things will resolve for the both of
