Who is the dealer that you were dealing with?
I think that the forum here should be warned of 
them.  Because their behavior was totally uncalled 
for.
Personally, I think you fulfilled your end of the 
deal; you sent your payment in promptly.  The 
dealer should have sent out your cels promptly 
also, yet they didn't and still haven't, therefore 
they did not fulfill their part of the deal. 
You should have been the one yelling at them!
