Sorry, I'm a bit steamed. I just got yelled at
for something that I shouldn't have.
There is a seller (I wil not say names) whom I
sent payment at the beginning of April. I've used
them before and know they are reliable.
Eventually, after a few weeks, I contact them to
find out the deal. They assure me the package is
days away from being sent and will reach me
within the week. It's been a month and a half
now. They live in the US. They send Priority
Mail. So it's not like some great trek or
anything...
So I e-mailed them again. I think, since it's
been a month and a half (and since no one had
replied to my last e-mail to them), that it was
OK to say that I might, MIGHT have to give them
negative feedback if no resolve is met. They got
angry and told me to stop threatening them.
I'm sorry, but normally, one would think that
after a month and a hald, almost a month and
three weeks, that it's OK to bring up negative
feedback. And they'll only agree to give me a
refund if the fault lies in them. I don't see who
else it could be in (unless the postal service
lost it, but then you think they would've replied
to my last e-mail), but I suppose I'll await
their judgement.
Sorry for clogging the forum, but that just burns
my buns. I hate being treated like a 5-year old
about something that I have the RIGHT to be angry
about. And I was still very cordial to them, as
well.
